+1 For no reason other than the fact I need to do some math and taking time to fire a rocket launcher is pretty fair. It doesn't make it useless, you just don't want to hold still and wait to fire the damn thing, and no would want to rush a SADAR spec, especially if you're an Ancient Hunter.
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

I don't think this is a good idea. The SADAR has some new downsides to it, and if you can't immediately fire it when ready, it would be pretty hard to hit anything with it at all. Denied.
