When you and a predator are holding off against the ayys. But your reinforcements come and rather shoot the predator over the four t3's that are charging them.

The best part is he shot at the Pred during first contact, went down. And as the Pred is helping the Marines, he gets up and buckshots the Pred so the Pred just fucks off which let the Xenos curbstomp the rest of the Marines.

It's annoying but it's a very robust tactic
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

When other people say the hemostat stage is useless but then I get a patient whose blood level is at 58% because a Doctor didn't hemostat them. Also, a Medic giving me a empty bloodbag to use on the low blood level patient.

When you are trying to help out a player and they get pissy or just don't listen then complain about not getting help.... This is from both a mentor and player perspective.

Combathuggers.

Also FF and MedSci staff that don't listen when I'm CMO or leave me to be deluged in surgeries.

A way I got around this is by asking if they just want to be given the information so they can teach themselves in their own time or if they want me to teach them, alot of players choose the former.

Combathuggers, which is never gonna get removed for another 616 years, because...balance

Stuns stuns stuns STUUUUUUUUUUUNS, too many fuuuuuuuuuucking stuuuuuuuuuns!!!!

Newbies who don't know how to be a doctor or there is no doctors causes the entire marine team to collapse very quickly most of the time

People who shoot they own medics because of a insult or a punch, or not treating fast enough

FF with specialist weapons like SADAR Phosphorous will utterly most of the time kill your entire squad into never ending crit or death...

Constant Marine Nerfs because.....fuck individual power and robustness...and balance

People thinking this is AVP 2010 and they think predators are a Third Team that needs to be eliminated so they always KOS them, regardless of what's happening

Being constantly abandoned despite being there, right open to a quick rescue for at least half a minute from a hugger/aliens, even if you saved them before 10000000's of times

People who come up with random nicknames. e.g. "Ghost" or "Tank" or something ridiculous. Anne 'Shaky' Claudille for example has a fitting nickname as she can't put the god damn coffee down.
The MAN, The MYTH, The LEGEND, https://youtu.be/1kXU14hkuSI.

That one old man that USED to run around as Engineer building retarded table forts and developing relationships on a questionable level with sentry turrets. Now I run around as someone equally stupid, doing equally stupid shit as a Medic. Oh and Pookie, that's also me.

http://prntscr.com/grdigl I totally succeeded in that btw, it was a badass kick-flip.

First off, does Noah have a "Thundercunt"? And secondly, has Mathias seen it?

When round gets going with dozens of marines and they're all talking about how crap it is that there's nobody signed up for Doctor, or for cargo. I know playing as a marine can be that much tougher with understaffed support roles, so I'll sign up as a cargo tech to help out, even if I'm the only guy. I figure the crew would at least be patient with say 1 guy filling all the supply orders during a busy round with some pretty large drop requests, but even the CO will start screaming in full caps over comms that they need faster supplies. Another example is that I read through the Wiki on doctoring and tried to sign up one shift to learn how good doctors operate on CM. Even though we had 6 other doctors on staff and we had no patients coming in, the other doctors were completely uninterested in answering any questions I might have about things not defined in the wiki. Simply asking them to check if I performed a treatment correctly was met with responses like "Why the hell are you here if you don't know what you're doing, get lost and go do something else." It's a bit of a catch-22; people want experienced staff, but don't want to deal with staff trying to get experience. There's an air of elitism hanging over a lot of jobs where you're expected to not sign up for it unless you're already proficient at it. I understand "git gud" and all, but if everyone's upset there's nobody working <X> then proceed to treat someone who tries to fill <X> like shit both ICly and OOCly, it's exclusionary to all except those who already have friends on the server who are willing to train them on the position. There's this stigma around "spoon-feeding" a player, yet there's high risk for trying to learn something new on your own. Being called a stupid bitch or a retard (both ICly and OOCly) by the same people you're trying to help doesn't reinforce wanting to help them very much.

Not many people realize how essential support is until they end up waiting in Medbay or having to come all the way back to the Sulaco to grab helmets and ammo because McDick blasted the only CT after denying him his golden red dot attachment. Your average CM player won't appreciate support and if you do play support you need a thick skin, you're never going to get praise and only be berated. It's like what "god" said in Futurama, "When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all."

That being said, if you need any help ask the mentors online or if you see me, Justin Wilson aboard I'd be glad to help you out with Surgery and other Medical stuff; it's better to have someone asking questions than just winging it.

Oh yeah, I also hate how Medbay rarely gets credit for keeping Team Marine in the game or even gets dumped on when we get deluged in way more injuries than the game mechanics will allow us to handle even when running at maximum efficiency.

When marines run away pushing and chasing xenos, while I clearly said not to and after that screaming in comms: "Help us, fuckers!" from nests.

When aliens whinning about marines retreating with 30+ marines from planet and turtling on Sulaco, while exactly xenos' retarded tactics led to it. When aliens, instead of picking off, killing and kidnapping marines just grow in numbers and straight fo to assaultin FoB, and again, instead of taking marines out in any ways, they just melt down FoB behind crushers cover, so marines simply lose not as much people as ground and they had to retreat eventually because they have men, but not the ground.

Regarding this.

When Specialist takes SMARTGUN and goes to hangar after briefing... WITH FUCKING BACKPACK!

Bit, people used to answer any mechanics and tips questions in LOOC, not IC. Try LOOC next time, but, best of all, ask Mentors with F1. You will get detailed and good quality information from them. About attitude... welp, marines don't known by their patience or manners, also, after going three times to hell and back, person OOC;y has already damaged nerves and increased levels of salt, so... Just deal with it.

In general, for chucklefucks:

You HAVE TO read wiki and/or some guides before picking anything except of standard. Because OTHERWISE, you will be shouted at, beaten up, shot, killed or straight jobbanned.

This is not your normal civillian server, where half of jobs can be figured out and learned in process and we DON'T have here any assistants, it's military and you are supposed to know what you are doing.

I did ask in LOOC and IC well before any contact with enemies, and read the Wiki entries, but I didn't know about the F1 for mentors command. Thanks, I'll remember that for next time. I realise what you mean in your last points, but somebody has to have a first shift on each job sometime, right? I can understand a little IC 'marine abrasiveness', but intents get made clear when people are calling you a stupid bitch OOC. Anyway, I'll just stick to grunt from now on.

When you want to set up a flanking maneuver to shake up a xeno assault, but people are too deaf, dense or slow to group up at your position so you miss your window.

When Command tells you to take a fire a team to support people at the river, but when you get there, no one is around and your fire team gets swarmed by xenos. And then you get criticized for dying after dragging a hugged marine with you while being chased by ayys.

When the forces get split between two positions that require a lot of man power.

When Secure and Fortify are two different things, but your engineers waste resources on a position that won't be held.

When you're planning for a mass offensive, but rather than everyone grouping up for the attack, people are going out in pairs or ones to get ganked by the ayys.

When you see the same Marine get cloned about twenty times during a round because they keep solo charging the aliens with a welding mask and fire axe.

When you're the only SL but you get constantly put out of action due to rampant friendly fire.

When a marine wanders off with his dick out despite you telling everyone to keep close. And then having them tell you to go fuck yourself because you refuse to sacrifice manpower to save someone who's a liability.

When marines don't set up fall back points during the offensive.

When you follow Commands every order despite it either getting you killed, to lose ground or play into an Alien counter attack. But the shitty strategy is your fault according to command.
