I see you didn't type anything besides your ID, name, banning admin, and the reason.
This seems like an EXCELLENT reason for a job-ban, I guess? Or did you want to get unbanned, as I assume you do?
Add an ACTUAL appeal.
"I was stupid, forgive me", "I have read and will follow the rules", "I know what I did wrong and will not do it again", hell, give us SOMETHING to go on...
