Description of the incident: I had been facehugged before and a Pred was deicedingly helping me? Maybe because i was charging with an axe because i lost my shotgun, But then i got back up and went to fend off the Xenos from us and they ran. Mikal had sight of one of them and fired in the direction and KEPT firing in his direction. I waited till he stopped and walked so i could get into T-Comms. He then started to shoot at me for no apparent reason. I lived through it but i had broken my chest because of him. So i said fuck him and i punched or axe him in the chest and went to the medic to get patched up. Then later after the pod got called down for a retreat. I saw that there were fresh helmets and i threw them into the pod until Mikal started to get in the way. I asked him to move and he wouldn't and kept pushing me. So i punched him again telling him to move. He then pulled out a flamethrower and started to flame me. I tried to punch him to knock him down and take it away from him but i was unsuccessful and started to burn a painful death. I was saved somewhat but later died to a xeno on the sully.

How you would punish the accused: I would give him a respect timing of either a warning and note or a 3 hour ban to let him think about how far he took it.

Well. You voided any chance of Admin assistance when you started doing damage to him as well. Not to defend his actions, he's very much in the wrong for the improper escalation. That said, everything happening in this scenario was poorly executed and an IC issue.

We'll deliver this guy a warning and note him the next time we see him, but no other action will be taken, unfortunately.
