Allow Purple sac shooting

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow bullets to destroy the purple sacs (The things that can spawn weeds everywhere)

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Well, it's kinda annoying when xenos are atacking the FOB, or any strategic building, and a random ninja drone comes and place weeds on everything, then it spreads, another drone builds some walls and xenos can advance a bit more, and this keep going until marines need to retreat. Allowing marines to shoot those annoying things could help into a FOB defense, since a random drone can't weed everything like a ninja anymore.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
It's a buff for marines into FOB defenses, working like a area denial for weeds, because they can provide regen of health and plasma during the combat, and it's OP as fuck for xenos (I think they slow marines down too, but i don't have sure). So marines would be able to hold the FOB for more time, maybe until supplies or reinforcements arrrive to push the xenos away.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Coding to allow the purple sac to be hit by bullets, not just melee atacks.

Day 76:
They took Lawrence, dear god Lawrence... They ripped him off the stalk and smeared him in butter, just like Tyler and Jodie. They shipped him off to the popcorn factory...

Why not? Seems like the purple sacs are pretty large, it should be feasible that they would be hit with bullets.

Although, make it coded like eggs (Need to be targetted).
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

-1 will hurt marines more than help them by causing them to shoot at sacs instead of aliens that are on the same tile i think

I can not tell you how many times I've wiped out a purple sac or two with either a grenade or a flamethrower and a fucking drone comes out of the darkness and insta-plants a new one.

-1, because it's probably going to end up acting as an extra barrier for sniper fire.

Although it would be nice to have a way to get rid of sacs as an ALIEN, because it makes it annoying/difficult/impossible to re-weed an area that's been cleared multiple times by marines (more common on Ice with its limited weed space around snow) when there are old sacs but no weeds.

contrary to popular belief the 'giant mushroom thingy' works like a square of weeds does, healing xenos that stand on it

which means if you're slashing everything but the purple sac to try and clear weeds, you're not really clearing them

also means if theres an old sac on every square its the equivalent of weeds

what? how come this doesnt show up anywhere in the game? this changes everything i know about purple sacs

Psst.

They can be one-hit by a lit welder currently, if you gotta remove them. Also, they act like a single, hard-to-clear, weed tile.

I thought it means Purple sac are SHOOTING the weeds out... hell I give this a million minus and denied this shit so quickly

But yes... I felt like I am the only one trying to avoid the spread of the weed in the Nexus dome so that alien can't advance up a bit... make this a thing!

don't know why I mean they are actually the same material as the weeds themselves, maybe it was unintentional

Something to add to this, destroying a pod reduces the effectiveness of the weeds it generated, or slowly kills off any weeds not connected in an unbroken chain to a living pod.

A desTroyer pod could also be an object that could be picked up and brought to research, where they could with enough points receive the ability to make a weed killer grenade. Similar to the cleaning grenade, but probably a smaller area of effectiveness
