Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): My reasoning for this is because of this unruling ban for supposed "Improper Escalation". I find that i was banned for punching Mikal Blak because he had broken my chest and would not move out of the way so i could load fresh helmets onto the pod for the retreat. I would like to know why Mikal Blak had been only given a warning and a note for hurting me greatly and basically killing me as i was left in pain crit after the flamethrower being used on me. I would like to figure out what went through ones mind that punching which DIDN'T break anything but maybe cause a small bleeding deserves a ban while the FLAMETHROWING TO DEATH doesn't.

Thank you i was wondering about it. I am sorry about the sudden PM and worry. I was just hoping that i would love to keep a clean record for the most part on CM.
