Yes I understand that any player can have their whitelist revoked.

Why should you be whitelisted?

Well I believe I may not be the best CO, but I do believe that in leading in example, in that I will fight on the front lines with my fellow squaddies around me, since I usually play on low pop because of time zones i've had many a rounds where the marines get dunked over because of the lack of a command structure and I believe I can remedy that situation and lead my marines to victory, additionally I believe that I can RP fairly well as a CO and I can switch between a hot headed all or nothing CO for some rounds or be a level headed cool and calm CO for other rounds.

What would you do if there was a mutiny stirring and the aliens are about to come up?

I would try to defuse the situation with the mutineers and place the obvious threat against both of our lives and we can finish this mutiny after we finish the xenos, afterwards I would try to hold a counsel with the mutineers and hear out their demands non-lethally, if they insist on using violence then I will deploy the MPs and call my loyalist marines to arms AFTER the alien threat has been beaten back, also I've added a poll.

It doesn't appear that I can vote, but I will vote yes whenever I get the chance. The four or five times I've played SL under Ed 'Wafflecone' Martin have been great because he communicates with his squad leads as opposed to sitting in his comfy chair. He makes it fun to play SL.

I love seeing you in-game as any type of Command staff, be it MP, SL or CO, you're a good player and a good role-player at that. Stay waffle-y my friend.

My vote is no for this. Modern military tactics make it pretty clear that to be an effective commander you have to be at the back, processing all the information and using this to make the best decisions.

This isn't the medieval era, where half of being a leader was showing your troops you're brave enough to be at the front of the fighting.

It seems to me that your playstyle would just cost the marines a CO more often than not. So, it's a no.

True, I guess that it would cost the marines a CO, but I don't exactly mean fighting in the very front in a firing line since the CO would get a smartgun, I would stand behind them firing it at hostiles and the very fact that most of the time the command staff have no idea what's going on on the ground is why I would like to be with them on the ground and fighting so I can get a clear view of the situation and whats happening.

The MT's have failed their job and the SM is about to explode. The launching platform had been destroyed and you cannot fix the situation.

What do you do?

If the SM can still be pulled out manually I would ask for any volunteers among those trained to use space suits to literally pull it out while doped up on anti rads, if the SM is literally about to explode I would begin with announcing everyone to evacuate the eastern decks as the SM is about to explode afterwards I would order Medical to start distributing russian reds along with dylovene pills to counter act the toxin damage, then I would order the MTs to use the surviving phoron generators to provide power to the cryotubes in Medical and turn off all non-essential systems, lastly I would get RnD to begin building super capacity power cells to at least keep power in medical for the cryo tubes.

Forgot that part, I'd order the surviving MTs to weld the entrances shut, and if evac is damaged/affected I'll get them to fix it, create a passageway to it from prep that's sealed so if we need to we can evac through that.
