Description of the incident:

Military Police
You must disregard an order if it is against these rules. Furthermore, you must treat Marine Law as an extension of these rules - breaking Marine Law as an MP may result in a jobban.

Incident:

I shot 1 a Cargo Technician 2 times, without the intention to kill her, then dropped the weapon and began patching her up. George White, who was also in Cargo at that time, went crazy and killed me. For the record: He was not attacked at all. When an MP arrived, Tanya Hernandez, she watched how he murdered me. Did nothing. They then proceeded to drag my body to disposals and spaced me, White stealing my clothes.

White obviously committed a murder and the MP did not enforce Marine Law. I shouldve been brigged and treated according to space law. I wasnt.
The fact that those 2 players willingly spaced me and actively removed me out of the round permanently, at least this character, shows the obvious intent to grief.


I adminhelped this incident, LocalizedDownpour was there but completely ignored it. Some Gamer85 guy also got the request but ignored it, dont remember his exact name.

If you wanna see the full incident you need to pull the player logs as well until I get stripped and spaced. Furthermore I recommend an IP check on Pingpongplaya and La Fayette Sanders, same IP, as I suspect, and highly implies metacomms.

Youre right, I did shoot Alice Sanders 2 times with the M41M and I did deserve an IC punishment for it. An arrest and Brig time. Fully agree.

As for any slurs: Deadchat salt is what it is, salt. Do you believe people at the poker table everything they say? Of course you dont. In the same way you cant take dchat seriously.

What you and Dingle are tyring to achieve here are making me look like an asshole so you can discredit anything I say with a simple "Yeah whatever hes a douche!"
I know this method, its an internet classic. It wont work. Please focus on the incident and how people HANDLED the incident, not what I said in deadchat.

Furthermore the fact that Sanders and White play on the same connection and probably metacommunicate doesnt really belong here either. Thats a whole other can of worms. But if you dont believe me: Check their login and logout times. Theyre identical. Both joined 1 Round as CT and Disconnected the next round, again simultaneously.
Check the connect/disconnect logs if you dont believe me.

Conclusion:
Alright, so this is all kinds of fucky to be honest. We've got a reservoir dogs style of fuck-up here. There were four players involved here: sgtmuffin, Sadokist, Pingpong, and Shime. All four of them broke the rules in some way. Sgtmuffin's punishment has been handled already, so I will exclude him from my findings. As for pingpong and shime, both of their notes are pretty slim, but they are obvious metabuddies. I saw very little communication between the two of them before or after the attack. She got shot, he said fuck the RO, then he killed the RO and asked if she was okay. That was about it. So, I'm gonna say that the two of them broke the metacomms rule and that Pingpong broke the lethal force rule. As for Sadokist, Sado has a history of dicking around as MP and giving her friends special treatment. This is an obvious instance of that. She essentially griefed the guy by spacing his body for which an MP would have no RP reason to do unless the guy had been lawfully executed. She also did not arrest her buddy for murder because of this. She also makes it very clear in her comments above that she did all of this for her buddy Alice.

Recommendations:
Pingpong Playa and Shimekaze: As they share an IP and are metabuddies, the same punishment shall apply to them both. Including the metacomming, the SCREEEEE memeing, and the break of the lethal force rule, I recommend both be given a ban between the length of 2-5 days at the discretion of a head of staff and that they be watched for future instances of metacomming.

Sadokist: Sado has a history of dicking around as an MP and giving her friends special treatment. Due to this and the grief caused by spacing the body with no legitimate RP reason besides "He attacked muh fwiends!" I'm going to recommend a 1 day server ban and a jobban from MP to be appealed at a later time.

Alice had to go into surgery for her injuries, nothing could have been backed by forensic evidence because no matter what the evidence shows it doesn't tell who did what first, and that's all that matters. I trust Alice and dispose of the body, you don't clone somebody intent on murder, we space the corpse. Pretty straight forward and within roleplay. I don't get why i'm being job banned by: walking in after two calls were made about the RO shooting his CT, why you'd do that, I don't know, temperament issue, walk in see the CT on the floor injured and having to go and get medical treatment for broken bones and the RO also in a bad condition, dies, somebody needs to get punished here, so I trust Alice cuz i've never seen her fuck up, and dispose of the perp. Now if I was wrong I wouldn't have known, lets say i clone him, then what? I'd have to listen to all 3 of them point the fingers and in the end more than likely i'd give the RO time for assault with a deadly weapon for shooting his CT and wouldn't give either George or Alice any time for defending themselves.
