Squad lead jumpsuit

Details: Adds a squad lead jumpsuit that offers a tad bit more protection, and has the SSGT three bars on the side for distinction.
the bars would look like this, without the rifles

In regards of the suggestion Imo it's great as it distinguishes the SL a bit more as well as that Apone from aliens also had a distinct rank insignia on his shoulder.
