Autolathe Eternally Busy

Bug Description:

Per subject. Autolathe becomes busy forever and cannot be interacted with further.

Steps to reproduce:
Not entirely sure what causes this; I think when it somehow attempts to make something with insufficient metal/glass, or it builds something and ends up with exactly 0 metal/glass.

Strongly recommend having a crowbar, wire cutter and multitool ignore the 'busy' status while its panel is open so it can be deconstructed or depowered and reset in the interim, and letting the screwdriver open/close the autolathe while it's busy.

Also the autolathe should eject all metal/glass sheets when deconstructed.

If it's closed up I'm sure you're SOL, because it just tells you it's busy whenever you attempt to interact with it; haven't tried to crowbar or wirecutter it while open but it wouldn't surprise me if it did the exact same thing.

You can't screwdriver or crowbar it when it's locked up.
