Bug Description: When ramming someone with a wheelchair (grab handles of wheel chair, harm intent and crash object) then buckling them into it while they're down will leave the person unable to move but the wheelchair will be moving with no one on it.
Steps to reproduce:
1.grab handles of wheelchair, make sure someone is on it already.
2.harm intent.
3.crash into something.
4.buckle the downed player back into wheelchair.

Not sure how this happened myself, Ordukai had to do some stuff to get me out of it.

Think this happened to me once, but i am not sure how, the wheelchair is very, very odd suprisingly.

Fixed. You can't grab the wheelchair's handle anymore.
