Return to the ship for SSD'ing!

Post by Sarah_U. » 16 Dec 2016, 20:55

QUICK MENTION HERE:

If I see anymore preds going SSD in the open for several minutes I will personally try to track your name so that I can do a rundown of why you've done so.

I captured about 9 preds lately and infected them as Xeno while they stayed completly defenseless not returning to the ship. It's getting ridiculous.

Thank you for reading.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

Yes. Start reporting this, because it's really bad. I've heard of a case where a Marine found an SSD Predator and just stripped them of their gear. Stop this!

Are there particular players that do this? I'm not looking for anyone to name names, obviously, but I want to know if it's a regular thing for certain people or if it's more spontaneous.
I play as this guy, proudly being dismembered by extraterrestrials since 2015.
Sometimes I might play other guys, you never know.

I caught several preds, not just the same one constantly. If it was the same I'd have straight out asked for whitelist removal after telling em' to STOP. It's literal a SEVERE BREACH of the code of honor as you're throwing away your life, equipment and dedication for your role.

Whenever I got to go, even if its for the bathroom I make sure I can do it. Most often by going on the ship, or by having someone nearby TOLD to protect me as I feel drowsy and need to SSD (Explaining in LOOC after) and it most often than not needs to be an emergency or phone call for that to happen.
I've actually stalked some of the predators from a distance and saw them sitting there for a douzen minutes not moving just SSD.

This should be a must honestly... Considering that to have to safeguard you're gear.

Seems there's been another incident of this today.

It's up to you in the end. It's always funny to show you're superior to them and/or that they owe you a debt of blood ;)

I went SSD once, but I was on the Ship. I haven't seen any SSD preds on the playet. Yet.

As a marine I saved him from a hunter while he napped. But I was in the lodge so we had to duke it out sadly.

I wish there'd be a schoolgirl uniform on the ship. Start a tradition of hiding the pred's gear and giving him the uniform of shame if he SSD's.

Heh, then we ought to start a new topic....perhaps the "Predator Wall of Shame"?
"Young Carrier (920) (follow) hisses, "Shut up both of you or we aren't going to invade disneyland."

Long time ago, I, Ka'Torag-na Halkrath, Skilled Master Hunter Of Prey, Unleashed an unspeakable evil upon Xenos and Humans! But a foolish Xeno Hunter wielder of robustness stepped forth and opposed me. Before the final blow was struck, I tore a gate of Salt of Solitude and flung em into the world of CM, and took out their Facehugger Capabilities! Now, this Xeno Fool seeks to return the favour, and undo my evil reign and of many other predator predecessors!

Personally I don't think that'd be wise. Wouldn't want to encourage any sort of intra-community hostility to one another for public shamings.

Keep it to in-game stuff I reckon. Such as the magical girl outfit of SHAME.

This has become a serious issue.

Predator players doing this for now on will be removed.
