Hugger nerf

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):If an alien stuns itself by pouncing a wall or gets knocked off their ass by a shotgun, the huggers they're carrying become temporarily disabled.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It would make it so that xenos dont score hugger hits when they fuck up, or get fucked up. The way it is now, if a hugger falls after being dropped by an incapacitated alien, it immediately attaches itself to an adjacent marine, which kinda sucks. Xenos should not be rewarded when they fuck up!

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Basically this would work the same way as when a carrier throws a hugger and misses the mark, ie the hugger is "dead" for a couple of seconds before becoming active again.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): See above. (Carrier)

Aliens being able to do this is just a bug.

I'm thinking of a different issue.

Aliens are already hilariously underpowered as is, I know the admins and devs have a hard on for marines and keep buffing them and nerfin aliens

But something like this is just a waste of time and resources

On the suggestion, if it's doable in an acceptable amount of time, then I'll toss in a +1. Aliens should not be rewarded after fucking up.

If the xeno fucks up you can harm intent CQC shoot it and also kill all his huggers in the process.
A xeno getting boinked is a dead xeno (Or so when marines aren't FFing eachothers trying to increase their non-existent scores).
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

As far as the suggestion, we are looking at some minor hugger balances (mostly, huggers being killed if their host dies), but this isn't one of them.
