Bug Description: On the power monitoring grid console computer in the Colony Engineering room, the majority of the buildings do not even show up on the grid, and the important buildings (Nexus, Hydro, Meddome), do not have any power . Going by the Wiki, this means a wire is cut somewhere, but I doubt this as most of the buildings are disconnected, and I've previously searched them and found all the wires to be where they should be. Power is set up and usual, the SMES are outputting, and I've dismantled and replace the APCs in Nexus and such, but nothing works. This has happened to me two nights in a row (one the 19th and the 20th), which is too much of a coincidence.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up generators and SMES in colony engineering.
2. Check power monitoring console grid.
3. About five buildings only show up on the grid.
Colony buildings not connected to power.
