I was banned for rule 0.2, for affecting the round too much and being a 'shitter'.

I do admit that command roles such as PO, CL, CMO, and XO are some of my favorite roles on the server for the Roleplay and the action alone. I was banned one round. Here's the story: I late join as a CO. The marines are out of control, opening gifts, playing under a Christmas tree, and not attending briefing. To counteract this, I went to the Mess hall where the ruckus was happening, and aimed at some people to get them to briefing due to the MPs ALSO partying with the marines and not stunning them, and dragging them to briefing. I accidently also shot a MP in the chaos. After a few MOTHER reports and more incentives, finally, most of them are in briefing. I'm about to start when a Marine breaks into the little chamber. I aim at him to tell him to get out, while another one gets in. They broke the window. I then /ACCIDENTLY/ shoot the marine. However, it made the two get out so it was good. I finally start to brief but then I'm arrested for shooting them. I was like, "Fine, the XO will do it" and the XO did. When I got out of jail, I resumed command much to the XO's dismay. I relayed new orders but the damn XO said "BELAY IT" and generally was not nice to me. She wanted me demoted. She was causing a dent in my plan, so then I stun her a few times and tell her to quit it. She still does her thing. I tell MPs to arrest her but they do not. Now, Alpha is not listening to me, saying crazy things like "WE DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU, IT'S OUR CHOICE" and "THE XO IS COMMANDER". I contact USCM to help me and they say they will deploy some PMCs to stop this weird Mutiny/Insubordation thing but then they say "screw you, we're not giving it to you, it's your job." At this point the XO is still barking orders, and I'd had enough of this. I put her in the execution room, do an anouncment, and plan on executing her for messing up the marines and confusing them. I know I should have just brigged her and took her headset away but I did so anyway. I did not get to execute her, as the MPs brig me and then the USCM tells me that I'm incompetent for "not commanding the marines" or something along the lines when I wasn't commanding because the XO was being a shit. I fully admit I handled this in a lousy and righteous way, and I see my ways after a poll Apop did. I should have just brigged her and took control of the marines some way. I shouldn't have made a big ruckus about it and such. I really do apologize and I really mean it this time. Usually I do not feel compelled to make a ban appeal, but in this case, I have to. That shit has ended. You've got a new account so you can change players opinions, but you need more than 24 hours if you want a job-ban lifted. Try in a few weeks.
