I don't have evidence because i didn't even know that i was banned in the first place, it happened 3 months ago when we were talking in the forum chat about stupid things that we did when we were kids, i mentioned one of my stories (not even ERP, but i'll hide the story with a spoiler in case it is?):

that happened when i was younger, i was like 8-9 years old and i was in this pool, i found out that the pool had one of these holes that pump water into the pool and suck water our of the pool, well, i was stupid enough to stick my penis into one of the holes that suck the water out of the pool, the rest is history ...

Minutes after i said that, apop logged in and said that he was preparing the ban hammer to ban some people for erp in the chat (we were thinking that he was joking) so we kept talking and then he said that he already banned the "criminals" for 3 days, because i was able to type in the chat, i didn't know that i was banned, when i finished talking i logged off, and 3 months later (today) i found out that my forum account was banned for ERP, i don't have evidence of the chat logs and i could not find them in the chat archive because it was 3 months ago and the archive goes back only to the 30th day of november, so yeah, but i do remember another person that got banned for the same thing, it was NoahKirchner and we were talking a few days ago about that, he told me that he was banned for 3 days, i guess he can testify here if you guys ask him, thats all.

don't know the exact day, but it was around the 15th day of october i'd say, you can ask Noah if you want him to testify because he was also banned for 3 days.
Also, i remember that it was another person that was actually ERPing in the chat that called the attention of the staff and i think that person admitted about it in the chat but i don't remember well the details.

I received a 3 day ban for a worse but still related incident. He simply told a story that had a few vulgarities in it, I told 1 or 2 stories. Neither of them were pornographic or overly vulgar in comparison to the other stuff I've seen, but I do believe it was flamecow who complained. ANYWAYS, I can go mchat diving and find it I am sure. Nevermind but it was about 3 months ago, you should be able to see it on the warnings of my forum account as it was the same day.

We have MINORS who are players here, and thus have 0 tolerance for that. Your story was reported as ERP, and several other people who were also telling "sex stories" at the time were also banned. I believe your was escalated either because you told another story as well, or because of your specific content. I want to say the report was "Some guy on the forums is describing when he fucked a pool" or something like that.

Well the guy described it wrong, because that's not the story I remember AT ALL as far as username321 goes. His was the least bad out of all of them. My story, if I remember it correctly (could not remember it at the time) was yes, likely deserving of a ban, but username was the one in that situation who I wouldn't have banned at all (If I were you, that is)

I remember that day 1 or 2 people were telling stories that actually were sexual and erotic, but i was not one of them, and maybe the person that reported me or misinterpreted what i said, got the story out of conext to possibly get me in trouble or just tought that because other people were breaking the rules, i was too.

It's a shame that we do not have the chat logs of that day because without them, we can only rely on allegations and the reliability of the witnesses.

When you say "are you going to do this ever again?" do you mean:

1-) ERPing in the chat

2-)Telling a story that involved human genitalia but was not erotic nor sexual

If #1: i never said anything sexual or erotic in the chat
if #2: No, i won't say anything that involves human genitalia in the chat again.
