Vent Crawling small tweaks

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Get rid of the vent exits in atmos chambers... this is just stupid and asking for atmos problems/breaches, put back the corrode vent verb, right now to my knowledge you can only melt a vent which gets rid of it, making a vent exit with no entry to go back in

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less atmos breaches, and counter to vent wielding

I think he means get rid of the vent exits for xenos in the atmos room so they don't fuck up atmos(somhow?) and to add the corrode vent thing back in but make It so xenos can only exit it and not got back in.
