Cloaking increases the hunters dodge/bullet miss chance

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Enabling stalk as a hunter would increase the chance for a bullet to miss the hunter, this could be balanced with a increased chance to hit a hunter normally.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): I mean it makes sense, gives a tactical use for a cloak other than for non-keen eyed marines to not spot it and get fucked. There is no reason to -1 it other than it being a alien buff

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Enabling stalk as a hunter would increase your dodge chance/bullets missing the hunter chance. Pretty simple right? If your target is transparent as a pane of slightly tinted glass, in near darkness most of the time, moving fast, pumped up on adrenaline, try and hit the damn thing

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): No idea how to implement it, sorry!

It already does. Walk reduce hit chance in the code.
