Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I'd like to get unbanned from all accounts, because I promise to never grief again, and that nothing minor will ever happen. psst...it means that you don't have to bump because they have basically pinned it to the top for you. doing so is considered really bad form and can get you appeal denied.

Ok, you have to be using some sort of VPN, CID shuffler, or something. There's no reason it would keep catching you the way it is. Unless you're on a Mac.

I have been moving houses, getting different IPs, etc, and I make new accounts, due to me wanting to get unbanned. Please don't tell me that's gonna affect my unban appeal. (plus, I've been doing that to test out my behavior, however, I keep getting banned. But this time I know that I won't, and I'm positive about it. Please let me get unbanned, and if I will do it again (highly doubt it) I won't make a ban appeal again.)

I'm just going to say this, You are making new accounts, to bypass the ban. For which the ban in question is partly a multikey ban. So yes it's going to effect your ban appeal.

Yup. Sorry, but if your IRL circumstances make you look like a ban evader, there's not much we can do to determine you aren't a ban evader when you're caught in Ban evader bans.
