two things: when you directly hit someone with your boiler bomb it sets them on fire and when you ram into a marine at full speed as crusher breaking their bones

Once, I rammed into someone at full speed and their head popped off. That was funny.

I popped as a larva in front of marines so I bobbed and weaved until everyone got shot with FF on the Rasputin. It was a good death.

The feeling of letting the caged up monster inside my heart burst forth and manifest itself through my Xenomorph self as I claw, boil, and destroy the marines. Feeling their blood on my avatars claws. Seeing their heads pop off. Smelling their fear, that salty....fear. It's intoxicating.

I stared at the bloodied field of marines. Corpses on top of corpses. And it was then that I realized....inside? We're all monsters. We all want to kill for our queens and our commanders, our military and our hive...

I love the mobility. Nothing feels better than moonwalking past a defense and somehow dodging a barrage of bullets.

I like being able to build these massive hives full of walls and sticky resin that makes marines sad whenever they have to assault.

I also like dragging screaming marines into said hives.

Nothing like stalking marines as hunter, waiting for opportunity, avoiding light, blending in with surrounding with tail ready for the next poor victim to walk near me to be impaled.

Oh and being ravager makes me feel like a true monster, this ability to tear out limbs like pieces from butter is simply amazing.

And i also love being queen, sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's hard. As queen i build a lot. Some people deny that queen is meant to build, but i embrace it and build glorious hives with sticky resin everywhere. I love gibbing marines and even predators, especially when they are alive, it's the most fun.

I was once casually gibbing dead marines for fun and then a lone marine with smg comes near me and he just stands there and looks at me, i psychic whisper to him "You're next" as i gib last dead marine in front of his eyes. Poor marine droped the gun and ran so fast and far that i never seen him again. That moment was priceless.

For a top-down view 2d game xenomorph feeling was nailed.

I like the roleplay.
I like the buildup. Making an ambush attack so picture perfect that it could be in a movie.
I like when the swarm works. That a screech, stomp or toxin cloud hits bullseye and we swarm independently but as one.

I like when marines overextend and we envelop them.

The memes in alien chat.

And building nests as a drone, waiting for my queen to inevitably die when she lone rushes with a screech, so I can take over. No luck so far considering whenever I go backup drone, I always get a competent queen for some reason.

Being an alien is fun because being the monster is a unique game play perspective that's rare in other games.
