Mouse...Or Touchpad?

When you play CM, do you prefer to use a mouse and middle clicking?...
...Or do you prefer to use something akin to a laptop touchpad and shift clicking?

I've noticed both styles have their advantages and disadvantages.
I prefer a touchpad myself.

The only thing my trackpad ever does is sometimes make me accidentally fire my buckshot off when my thumb brushes against it.

This made me accidentally shoot so much on TTT that I now keep my touchpad disabled by default.

why would you use a touchpad? Do you want to ff marines when you accidently tap it?

Why use a touchpad when with mouse you can shift-click and m3 to do different things, clearly mouse is master race.
