Bug Description: As per the tile, you cannot interact with anything once you are in this bug, how to fix it on the victim is to cancel camera view in OOC tab. I've found ONE way of triggering this bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Become a marine, any will do.
2. Click on ANY vendor to open up the menu
3. Close the menu and try not to fail at interacting with anything else until you cancel camera view.
