Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
ok so here is what i propose for the "new balance" method of the game, if cloning is being "too OP" for marines, then ok remove it but here is what i propose
cloning be limited to specialist and SL's only and high ranking officers like XO, CO, BO, etc. BUT since marines and medics won't be able to be cloned, we need to either nerf the damage xeno's do or remove broken bones, because honestly if you DO have a broken bone, YOUR FUCKED and almost takes up as much down time as actually being DEAD.

more balance

limited cloning
remove broken bones OR reduce xeno damage
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
i'm no coder but the limited cloning might have to be players enforcing it, or admins enforcing
the reduction of xeno balance is solvable by coding

-1 There's no logical explanation as to why high ranking officers are only able to be cloned, unless there's a record in that case, why don't the rest of the Marines have one? What balance is going to come from this? Xenomorphs have a respawn ( a very limited one at that) so why shouldn't Marines? These are poorly thought out reasons to keep cloning, and they'll also cause more people to play roles of high importance, making rounds even more hectic and potentially fucking over the Marines.
