Abuse of MP power by Sasha Talifan

What rule(s) were broken:
- Use of Force that was way beyond what was required. (Neglect of duty)

Description of the incident:

After gearing up for round start ( the engineer before me left mines and all 3 metal stacks) I head to the engineering supply room to see if there's any spare metal
-There are no metal in the boxes, which is fine. Sasha comes in, says No, which im confused about
- I say good evening, she then bumps me around the closet and says no again
- I ask why shes being so sturdy, she tells me the CE said no thieving, which is understandable
-CE comes in the supply closet and says that someone has stolen his metal, i tell him good evening and he walks out.
- I call the CE to ask if i could use the autolathe, since he cares about his area
- The CE says i wouldnt need to use it, i make an plea to him that it would be useful if i could.

- I see the CE in engineering and go see if i could talk to him.
- I get hit in the back by a taser round by sasha as soon as i open the door to engineering
- After telling her that was uncalled for, sasha shoots another taser into me and then stun batons me, despite me standing still and talking.
- Sasha proceeds to arrest me under the pretense i had stole all the metal from engineering.

How you would punish the accused:
-Either a strong notice to reread marine law, or a MP ban

This situation was handled very poorly by sasha, and easily could have caused alot of ruckus if it had been another marine being arrested.
some possible notes:
- If i were in sashas shoes, i would notice that the suspect was behaving in a normal manner.
- If the suspect is compliant and talking, i would give a few quick questions and statements before escalating the situation.
- If the suspect is compliant... no need to taser beyond what is necessary

Im just letting out steam, but it really burns to start a round out and then be sent to jail without much thought put into the situation. It gives a bad word for good MP's who do there job correctly and well.
