Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): For the past two months or so I've been working on my behavior, attempting to roleplay more, and have been trying to keep the fun of other players (even on the other team) in mind. Obviously, fucking around as an MT/CE every round and ruining the game for anybody who is effected by it is really a shitty move and I won't be doing that any longer. I've been striving to be a better player and I'm hoping that you can let me show you that I am capable/ready of playing MT and CE again, this time without the nonsense. I'll be happy to answer any questions on the matter(s) but I can't really think of anything else to put in this ban appeal besides that I'm sorry for being a shitter. It ruins the game for everybody and I don't want to make anyone's hobby less enjoyable.

(Note: I've made an appeal for a different jobban in the past 30 days. There wasn't a rule on making one for a separate ban if it was accepted, and I figure that even if the appeal is denied for that reason, I will now have a concrete date for when I can attempt to appeal it again. This is still a heartfelt appeal though)

It's not an issue of my competency in either role, it's an issue of behavior and not being a shitter.

No I know, but recently (even though it's not the same job), I've stayed out of the brig almost entirely. If I do go in for like breaking a window to get a cable to fix my arm, instead of bitching and moaning and trying to break out, I serve my sentence and leave. I haven't been being (at least in my eyes, feel free to dispute if anyone disagrees) a shitter recently at all and I don't plan on becoming one if I am able to play MT/CE again. I've tried hard to clean up my act and hopefully it's shown that I am capable of playing MT/CE and not being arrested every round.

As a character witness, Kirchner has played a competent and helpful SL with regularity, knows engineering very well, frequently helps new players acclimate to the server by tutoring them using LOOC, and has eliminated the shitler aspects he had back when he was MT/CE.

A character witness as a GM on Hippie, he's not really a big shitler we worry about, and is a decent player. That is saying something considering that our server caters to "healthy griefing" as I call it; aka we have a more hands off administration style.

It would have been about 17 days ago regarding a reddit post that escelated into bullshit very quickly.

It was a joke that started in OOC and I made a reddit post as a joke for people to do their normal OOC bullshittery, until you started to see things about gassing.

We caught the main person instigating the actual true shittery behind the lag that happened (Gavakis exploiting), and he was the spear head behind the malicious posts against citadel. What you did was retarded, granted, but was merely a meme post that everyone else already was doing.

Doesn't make it right, but then again, our OOC is much looser than most servers (WGW copy and pasta's, jewish politics and conspiracies ahoy, and the hate of black people are just examples), so I wouldn't take a reddit post from hippie too seriously.

Ill let Feweh take over, and if he still thinks what you did is malicious, then its out of my hands. After all, im just a GM on Hippie, and this is CM where their rules rule and not Hippie.
