Ghost warning needs to be changed

Bug Description: When you go to ghost as a live player, it brings up a warning saying something along the lines of "You have to wait 5 minutes before you can play again", yet when you wait five minutes you still have no body. When I ahelped it, I was told the message was old.

Steps to reproduce:

I did, I was told to post a suggestion/bug report, while remaining a ghost.

I believe the message is if you want to play as xenos. You can't enter your body anymore if you ghost as living.
