Bug Description: The roundstart glass available in lower engineering aboard the Sulaco.
The stack contains ONE (1) sheet of glass at roundstart. This is a slight issue for onboard engineers, particularly of the squad engineers decide to loot the upstairs storage.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start round.
2. Go to lower engineering.
3. Cry.
