Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):N/A I was the acting CO i located a MT on the rasp and he said he was taking joy rides and when i confronted him he said he was having fun i then told him to return to cargo he then called me a cunt i then went up to cargo to explain to him why i got onto him and if he wasted USCM time and neglect his duty any further he would be punished i then said "and one more thing if you call insult me again you will be detained and demoted" he then once again insulted me so i went to detain him he ran i gave chase he pulled a shotgun and cocked it as i gave chase i then beat him down with a telescopic baton executed him for treason at the time i was the only command staff besides the PO we have no engineers RO MP and BO's i was running both cargo and engineering as well as the marines at that time and he was fucking about on the shuttle and had the odasity to try and attack me while fleeing arrest so i terminated him i don't see how my actions were wrong but i was banned for it so i must have done something wrong and if so i am truly sorry.
