Re-add pneumatic cannons.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Re-add them but change the code to not multiply damage with pressure.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): They were a fun gimmick. Research/engineering badly needs gimmicky things to do.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Just paste the cut code back in and remove the bit about damage. Make it just throw items.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Lockie 'Furry' Hughes, your local source of annoyance, medicine and Will. E. Coyote engineering. Mostly medicine. Maybe annoyance.
