Description of the incident: Jacob Prevatt (Delta Marine) shot and killed Robert 'Rob' Oster (MT) without saying anything. Jacob followed Robert into the maintenance area on Sulaco lower deck, just south of the ladders. He was later trapped, and when he was let out, he was engaged with a gunfight with Li Kuan Ti (PO), and was killed. He also used an underbarrel flamer to roast Robert. No admins were on at the time. Ahelp was being made by Rob himself.

How you would punish the accused: Standard ban for blatant griefing when admins are not online.
