Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): USS Sulaco will get additional marines in their unit. These marines that came from another ship are combat ready. This is like getting distress down in the colony but now the marines getting fucked... the marines from another ship will come to assistance. Now I don't know this will ruin the lore I just think marines ERT would be cool...

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): More marines will be added to the Sulaco. They're combat ready. They have ammo, medical and guns supply for the others on the pod. This will seem useless ERT for you guys since they're just a marines just like the ones on Sulaco... but this just adding more mens to the list. They will be in different colors rather than red, yellow, purple, or blue... they will be in any colors, or they can just be in a noncolor looking...

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
They will come in different colors(I don't care which but it just to make sure they don't belong to the Sulaco)
One Squad Leader
One Specialist(They'll spawn with any specialist weapons)
One Medic
One Engineers
Three Standards

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding I guess? Just add them to the ERT list.

meh, while it would be good to have a marine ERT...it wouldn't make sense ICly, the USS Sulaco was the only USCM ship near the planet where they landed (other ships were days out, atleast) so it'd be strange to have another USCM ship come to rescue them when its days out.

I believe that's called a Feweh, it's a suprisingly common occurrence, that and Admins sending Pizza ERT, ( I'm looking at you Freemysoul.)

The cryos are already spitting out baldie marines, and it's not really fitting for the lore to have two USCM ships so close by. Besides, we already have a lotta marines aboard it's kinda boring to have MORE marines.

Why so serious? IBs (and especially pizza ERT) are hilarious! It's not about winning rounds, it's about enjoying them; IBs and pizza are one of quite a few goofy ERTs that add to the round experience IMO.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

I enjoy playing the game to win since its satisfying to work as a team and be able to prevail at all odds.

But when the odds are artificially induced through constant IB's, I get quite salty, since all of our hardwork is ruined because admins wanted to press buttons without regard for the rounds balance.

As to Pizza Guy, thats OK as a ERT because it both affects and doesn't affect the round. It affects it because that distress beacon that gets sent is wasted, but it doesn't affect the round because its only one more person to the marine ranks at best, so its not going to change the battle majorly one way or another.

IB on the other hand... they are supposed to want to capture the bridge for themselves and id imagine they don't want aliens on the ship they are about to capture so they'd temporarily work together with the marines to exterminate the xeno threat, but unfortunately, IB tend to just shoot marines anyway despite what the circumstances are on the ship so they just ruin the game balance.

I mean fresh and combat ready marine right out of ERT pod. They will also have supplies like if the marines ran out ammo or medical supply and RO is shut down. Then yeah.

Maybe up supply ship event random chance?

That would solve the supply problem while not making the game too skewed to marines. Since the main problem with reinforcements is the supply thing.
