Xenos cease to exist if in pipes when someone removes a pipe

Bug Description: Title- may be a ice colony thing? Haven't seen it anywhere else so far.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a xeno ventcrawling
2. Have a marine unscrew/ remove the pipes
3. Poof, xeno is gone

I can confirm, I was traveling through a vent pipe, and while an Engineer was setting up, he knowingly dismantled the pipes while I was inside and I ended up getting forcibly ghosted from the round

This can also happen if you blow up the pipe. It basically deletes the Xeno that was inside the pipe. Not sure if it's a bug or intended though..

Pretty sure if someone removes a pipe when your in it, its supposed to shoot you out of the pipe like disposals, due to the sudden opening for pressure to rapidly escape from.
