Bug Description:
Aliens who are stunned/bonk/prone are still capable of slashing, which often creates an incredibly misleading scenario. It's also incredibly common!
Note: this does not include crit-wounded aliens.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Stun an alien with explosives/have them bonk.
2. Approach said alien.
3. Lose your hand/arms.
