Regrew missing foot

Bug Description:
My foot was torn off by a ravager, and after about half an hour when the doctors finally got around to me it had come back. I'm not sure how it happened but I was hit with radiation and stepped in shrapnel before it regrew.

I was there, what happened was that he got shot up by someone that was on hallucinations. Afterwards, since it was thought to be grief, he was rejuv'd and that's how he got his feet back.

Ahhh so I got regen'd by a modman, gotcha. Sorry about that, I might have missed something that said I got healed up.
