Description of the incident: Incompetence of the highest level. I joined as a BO and tried to get a squad. I was then yelled at and shoved out of the way because both the BO and XO laid claim to 2 squads each. I made a complaint and was met with resistance from both. They called an MP on me and he tried to defuse the situation. I then told them I needed a drink to cool off. I was then arrested by Keaton Vanilla the MP because he was following the orders of the XO (Emeila) and BO (Bill Carson) who had put me under arrest for leaving the bridge and backtalking Bill for being a cunt and pushing me around (he also hit me with a baton when I was in cryo trying to contact admins to talk about this, so idk about that but he did eject me from the cryo just to do that). I was then let go by Tornadium Axonium who actually knew Space Law and released me so I could properly do my job. I also have to mention the fact that while I was getting arrested, marines were dying because these two were trying to manage all the squads at once, and didn't give them orders at all other than "Push here" "Don't die" "Don't retreat you can do ittttt" When I got back onto the bridge I then spent the rest of the time being verbally harassed by Bill and told in LOOC that I was salty by both of them. Everyone hates these people yet they were sticking together, so I admire their friendship. Either way, the XO couldn't spell at all either making her messages all jumbled and janky to the point of you couldn't really read them. Bill also blamed the MP for launching the shuttle when it actually was him who launched it as well. Squads were dying left and right and they jail me and proceed to sit there not doing anything. I was on all the squad's comms and everyone there was complaining about the XO or something along those lines. And I also noticed, the XO and BO never said a lot to the squads that they had. They said maybe one or two sentences over the course of 40 minutes, and the most amount of their time was verbally berating me saying how I was disobeying space law and such.

Make sure you adjust your job preferences next time before you join. If you instead suicide or ghost near round-start, you may receive a job-ban. Set up your job preferences carefully in Setup Character > Occupation Choices. Your best chance at being a Xeno is to set all job preferences to "NEVER", and at the bottom, click the link until it says "Return to lobby if preference unavailable".

I did not wake up in a vital position and hide somewhere on the ship and go SSD and hinder the round because of it. Which is what this rule is about.

Allow me to respond, I was the only officer during most of the round, I had a Bald SL who did not talk who was replaced by their SGT. Bravo squad's SL went SSD and was replaced by their SGT as well, then does not communicate with me at all when I am running around trying my best to be at all of the desks getting eyes, dealing with orders from people that needed metal and everything. All of a sudden we see power signature southwest, I send Delta and Charlie, who get ambushed by about 3-4 preds Delta is basically dead, Charlie falls back. We hold the FOB. Then my PO goes SSD, now I have to manage request, four squads, nagging marines, going from station to station etc, I was having fun doing it. IT was a good experience, then Bill Carson comes to the bridge, I was super happy, I had a BO, but not that a competent one I can rely on. From their I tell Him TO man Alpha and Bravo, I'll deal with Charlie and Delta not sure how long it was but you decided to join and enter the bridge

Now here is where the complaint comes in. I don't know who started it, But you argue, over who is going to man, which squad, now ICLY, I am trying to break it up, saying, You, man Bravo you man Alpha it does not matter, do your jobs, but you keep arguing. You then step out from the bridge for a "drink" I order your arrest. Bill Carson was doing his Job, he was managing the two squads, He was doing his job, Role playing. After I order your arrest due to Insubordination, Disorderly Conduct, Neglect of duty, and finally Conduct Unbecoming of an Officer. An MP refuses to arrest ou, causing my saltiness. So after I just say this "Fucking Drop it, we have more important things to do" Which you both still aruge, Bill Carson still doing his job, but you are arguing about which squad you need to man. This then proceeds to LOOC which I finally had a fucking enough, insulting me, I honestly don't care, call me incompetent or whatever, I was trying my best to manage a company of marines by myself, dealing with everything. You did hinder the round by not being able to do your job. You let the marines under your care die, and then berate me for "taking a precious squad" from you. This rule also infers the fact that you need to know how to play your role.

Insubordination? I was being verbally assaulted by Bill. Who, mind you, would not drop it. I left the bridge to get a god damn drink. BO's have freedom idiot.

Overall, I find this report baseless. It's just salt. You both need to calm it down and play the game rather than get in a pissing contest about who gets what squad. You both were so focused on arguing that when you were given squads to take over, you ignored it to keep arguing. This could've stopped much earlier than it did, instead from the looks of it, it took most of the round time. From what I've read, ThatInsaneGuy, I'm close to recommending that you get a command jobban as per rule 5 and the fact that a lot of your time was spent arguing something petty and not doing your job. However, since this is the first time you've done something like this, you should consider it a warning on submitting false reports.

Ok, I wasn't ban evading, my usual name is ThatInsan3Guy. For Byond I guess it has an e but usually it has a 3. So my apologies but I am NOT trying to ban evade. It was a minor mistake, and I agree that yes we all had a salt match, but suggesting I get a ban for ban evading is kinda dumb if it's just a simple letter difference that I am used to. Thank you for investigating and thank you for the outsiders view of the problem, because it really put to light what was going on. And the punch on the MP was an accident, I was trying to click on the Overwatch console and Bill went out of his way to push me.

When Aetsuki referred to rule 5, he meant forum rule 5 for posting false reports which is what this is. This entire situation is IC and the report is false and based off of salt. I've reviewed your history, and it isn't poor, so no further action needs to be taken besides a warning. Do not post false reports. Reports must be on legitimate rule breaking. Not IC salt situations.

Both of you learn how to place nice. I'm going to lock this until Feweh, Rahl, or Apop can come in and add anything they'd like if necessary.
