Bug Description:You Can Be An Xeno While Job-Banned From Xenos

Steps to reproduce:
1.Click On Ready
2.Wait The Round Start
3.And While You Are Jobbanned From Playing Xenos You Ill Be An Larva That Can't Evolve,Thats Is An Chance Of Happening.

I believe this is because of the game "drafting" players for xeno roles.

Bump. XXXgabsXXX is still facing this problem. I saw it happen again. He was able to join mid-round just by having Xeno pref on, despite being job-banned from Xeno.
