How efficient would a customized launcher be for CM?

Post by Crab_Spider » 04 Feb 2017, 08:28

Recently (well actually, a year ago), a Byond game by the name of "The Last Conflict", helped coded and hosted by one of our former coders "SnipeDragon" upgraded to having a custom launcher to move away from the known problems Byond causes for games on the hub. The game itself has drastically improved on its combat system, which if you must know, is based on a typical survival-shooter zombie game, using the upgrade system of Resident Evil 4, the common survival objective to games like "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege". The sprite work became much much smoother than previously was, the gameplay was faster than before, and lag was rather rare, even on a gamemode where a huge map was needed, the server barely lagged.
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

I am John "Buckshot" Rhodes, the Tactical Snowflake Hunter

A man can dream, a man can dream.
George S.Patton once said:No bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making some other poor dumb bastard die for his country.

I don't like cute things.

Good hunting.
