Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I'm submitting an appeal not because I didn't do it but because it was a complete accident. How linking porn can be an accident: I hotkey a porn link (Just one.. wasn't spamming it, it was an accident) because I'm a guy who watch's porn. I didn't remember this so when I hotkey "paste" and quickly press enter I didn't realize until it was to late that I didn't change the hotkey to what I wanted. What I wanted to actually do: To do the emote "*roar", I was playing as an alien and whenever I'm attacking I like to roar but I can't just stop during combat to type it out so I use copy & Paste hotkeys to do it quickly during combat. However I forgot to change the hotkey to that before hand so right in the middle of combat I do that shit. The staff online at the time (I Didn't get banned the same day) questioned me and he was understanding of my accident, since he said he had the same thing happen to him before. He said he wont ban me but would have to bring the case to someone higher up. Then weeks later I got perma banned for it.

Another note, not all of us are from the United States but I can safely assume a simple majority of us are so on my last point I want to get across is this is seriously an incredibly harsh and unfair punishment and unfair punishment and that's not right. And who am I to say if its right or not? The 8th Amendment "Prohibits...cruel and unusual punishment." United States very constitution hold this value.

So say for instance that you accidentally started watching porn on your laptop in Starbucks, and you left the volume on. You would say it would be unfair for them as a business ban you from there for playing your porn in public? Pulling the eighth amendment does nothing but hurt this appeal and make you look entitled. Beyond that, the eight amendment is about how you are legally punished. It affects the federal government, not a small server on a relatively unknown game that out right says there is a zero tolerance policy on ERP.

The 8th Amendment refers to how the government can treat you. They can't give you "cruel and unusual punishment".
We aren't part of the US government...
