Description of the incident: I arrested Tonni Brando for trespass, theft and damage to government property. He says over the radio "XO this faggot in security is arresting your men". Shiloh Sagan appeared out of nowhere, about 2 seconds after Tonni said something on the radio, so unless he was already in security(he wasn't), he got there weirdly fast. Whilst I am stripping gear off of Tonni, without saying anything he removes Tonni's handcuffs, I miss this due to the sea of red "Woodrow is trying to remove "X"" messages. Tonni and Shiloh then start shooting at me. Tonni I get, because marines turn into whiny bitches when they get arrested, but Shiloh shooting at me was out of the blue. Afterwards he claimed that I attempted to kill the marine first. In the logs I fired at Jon Hudson, who was following me with his weapon gripped from the cafeteria to the door that separates the fore of the from the ladders. I tased him there, with no Shiloh in sight. As soon as we entered security is when Tonni transmitted his message to the XO. By the time I got to the cell with Tonni, Shiloh was already there. You can tell from the screenshot that Tonni didn't say a word and without hesitation, Shiloh Sagan removed his handcuffs. That is why I suspect meta-comms

How you would punish the accused: Job ban from command staff, as he has shown that he will use his access to circumvent the rules. He also fired on the CO, Balto "Crunk" Dreg.
