Disallow medics gearing up in Medbay and receiving chems.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): It is against the rules to take additional materials and take anything MTs want to give you as an engineer. Same should apply to medics.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less metagaming, less powergaming.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Have admins investigate every medic roundstart.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Add a rule.
Lockie 'Furry' Hughes, your local source of annoyance, medicine and Will. E. Coyote engineering. Mostly medicine. Maybe annoyance.

Please no.

Medic is already stressful as it is, hampering their ability to heal people even more will just make people not want to play medic at all and / or sit in Sulaco till "confirmed" xeno sightings.

Is it? I thought as long as the CE/MT cleared it, it's not theft.
