Plasma transfer suggestion

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make it so that when you transfer plasma you can see how much plasma the alien you are transferring to has OR cap off the plasma you are transferring to the max plasma of the person you are transferring to, so if you try to transfer 700 but the plasma of the alien you are transferring to caps in 200 then you will only transfer 200.
