Bug Description: After injecting a patient with a Bicaridine injector, it mysteriously disappears from your hand.
Might be an incomplete fix to the similar Bicaridine injector bug > viewtopic.php?f=86&t=11166
Steps to reproduce:
1. Inject patient with Bicaridine injector
2. Watch it disappear from your hands
3. Throw said item from your hand
4. Watch the logs say you tossed an expended Bicaridine injector and be amazed.

Yeah I had this today too. Not sure if it's the same bug that was claimed to be fixed in the changelog, but it's still out there.
