Add sleepers to Meddome

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add a sleeper to the Meddome.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Logically speaking, there's no reason for WeyYu to not install one. From a gameplay point of view, it'd allow medics to defib quickclot ODs successfully and not have someone removed from the round for human error or malicious action. Seeing that sleepers can't be moved, it'll also encourage marines to hold Meddome somewhat more.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Just add one.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Mapping.

Sleepers are supposed to cryogenicly freeze someone and keep them in stasis for extended periods of time.

I really don't see any reason for the Meddome to have one due to the fact that the colonists have beds and don't need to be kept in extended stasis

I was referring to the ones in medbay where you can perform dialysis and inject people with medicine like dexalin and dylovene.
