protocol 1 demands that the accused be confronted, which was not done.
protocol 3 demands that you investigate the seriousness, where as i hadn't done any harm by questioning the admin about a rule i was confused about

Description of the incident:

was banned after questioning an admin when i was confused about a rule, then throws me in 4 day ban for breaking the rules

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): i cant give evidence, but logs show it

How you would punish the accused:

ask them to be more lenient and understanding

Hoooo boy. Please look up who Feweh is. I don't think you understand why you were banned and your ban appeal, combined with your mChat behaviour, and now this is guaranteeing you're remaining banned, if not the ban being extended. Look at rule 1 of this forum, in red above your post, and think about how you've reacted to this ban. You were rule lawyering obnoxiously, Feweh spoke to you earlier about your behaviour and sheer amount of notes leaning towards a permaban. This is not the way to act because you got a four day ban after 20+ notes.
