I questioned multiple witnesses, including one of your fellow MPs. You were going around the station randomly throwing flash-bangs at people, as you stated "to prank them" as an MP. What did you think was going to happen when you needlessly flash-banged the cargo crew? Did you think they would he happy and jolly about it? The ordeal with cargonia was an IC response to your actions, you in essence as an MP broke marine law, and server rules. Which you have done before in the past. I had received multiple ahelps about your actions.

As the other MP on at the time, I would like to add that after all of this, the admin in question then tried to have Xo released without question despite the fact that he had attempted an (illegal, by the way, as he and his CTs had no admin authorization to do so as far as I know) mutiny by overthrowing the commanding office (at the time just a BO who was questioning Xo) in order to release him. I, as well, had to write a lengthy explanation to avert that. Unfortunately, I do not have logs or screenshots as lengthy firefights with boarding xenos had eaten them by the end of the round. The MP who was ordered to release Xo was Jimmy Foxtrot, who I took Xo from until we could resolve the situation. However, the fact that I had to explain basically the entire situation to get that reverted is an additional testament to the fact that it appears ZskNinoh did little to no investigation, and appeared not to listen to accused's response, regarding the situation before trying to resolve it, which is a breach of the staff code of conduct.

In response to ZskNinoh's own response, I would like to add that FlameCow clearly says, in the first words of the complaint, that he has no problem with the ban, but your actions during it's investigation.

I walked into the CL's office and decided to mess with him in a way that I thought was extremely minor. I asked him, "catch", and threw him an active flashbang. He caught it, was flashed, and I left. A few minutes later, I went to the requisitions. The current RO, Xo Yung Kyunseok, was immediately hostile to me and ordered me to leave. Surely an RO who doesn't want an MP snooping around cargo is up to no good. I also had him catch an active flashbang. Two people were slightly inconvenienced by something I did that I probably shouldn't have done - that I agree with.

Evidence speaks for itself I guess. Ban was justified.


Also, the entire chain of events thereafter due to MPs throwing the flashbang was sparked as a result. If the MP had not disrupted the normal operations, the RO wouldn't be pissed at the MP, and all the subsequent events would not have happened. But considering that it already had happened and the accused player's punishment was already handed out, what about the events that were already set into play? At this point, RO and CTs were all arrested, and the entire Sulaco requisition staff have been effectively removed, crippling the normal operations of the ship.

Which comes to the point about

Now I have re-read your staff complaint and wondering... which part of that note was incorrect or unjustified? Also.. which part did ZskNinoh not investigate? I'm honestly rather confused...

Not word for word, but I remember the general idea. Like I said in the OP and my previous post, I'm fine with being banned - I goofed around too much as an MP and that is my fault. However, I was accused of arresting people without proper reason. I arrested people because they opened fire on me, made death threats, and attempted to form a mutiny. This is all stated in my original post, and I am honestly getting the impression that neither of you (you being both of the staff members who replied to my post) actually read the entire complaint.

You arrested people for breaking rules that you caused. Which in brief, is you baiting other players into doing shitty things by being shit yourself.

Bad behavior spreads if the source isnt cut, which this is a perfect example of.

Im not saying the other players were innocent, but rather than punish multiple players due to one specific players action you simply punish one.

Basically, had you not been breaking MPs rules to begin with we would of never had any of these incidents to begin with.

I guess my ultimate point in this entire post (which I apparently did not convey well) is that administrators should seem less like a stone cold interrogator and more like somebody who isn't immediately pinning you with the blame. I just kind of felt like it was "me vs him" instead of someone messaging me to get information. I don't know.

But you intentionally and knowing ran around causing non lethal grief to players.

I don't understand, you broke the rules and you wanted the admin to be extra nice to you?

I can understand you not wanting him to be rude or to not swear at you, but the whole "cold" thing is very pety.
