There's actually a macro around that magically binds your bootknife to you, and by pressing a button you can spawn it in your hand no matter where it is.

Just wanted to give this guy a little bump since boot knife is pretty worthless at the moment, a nice little tidebit but serves no practical purpose since it takes too long to pull out
