Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Just have any Drone that is above the Age of 'Elite' be an Elite Queen when they evolve.
And before you get pissy, It takes 500 to mature as a Drone, then 1000 to go Elite.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Elite - Ancient Drones don't have to sit through Evolve times AGAIN.

-1. It's already generous to have drones be able to both upgrade and still evolve to queen, and the lowest queen is still stronger than an ancient drone.

Maybe even make it so that the oldest drone can only become the Queen? So a Drone that survived the longest and propably has the most experiance will take the command role. And I think that this suggestion would motivate people to play drone a little more.

I would rather say for drones to go queen of one level lower, but otherwise a good idea. +1
