Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Buff the speed of all bullets to that of the sniper rifle for a few days to see what impact it has on gameplay.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Could possibly lead to a rework that leads to marines feeling like their guns don't fire with the power of slingshots, and also make it so that xenos are no longer from the Matrix.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Similar to how the hugger combat test was done, temporarily issue an update where bullet speed is buffed and let it run, monitoring whether or not it stomps out certain xeno castes or leads to more FF, etc.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): I'm assuming that since the sniper rifle's bullet speed was buffed, the same can be done to the rest of the guns in the marine arsenal (M37, M41A, combat revolver, M4A3, smartgun, M39).
