[Vendors] Restocking

Bug Description: You can restock shocked vendors without getting shocked.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab a item for a vendor that can be restocked into it (injector for Medvend).
2. Shock it by cutting / pulsing wire.
3. Restock and not get shocked.

This is because with the new restocking method, you aren't actually touching the vendor. The shock happens when you click on the vendor, and since the new restocking method does not require you to do so, you are never really interacting with it.
