Description of the incident: I was on ice planet with delta squad supporting them with meds, when this random marine runs up to me and starts shooting me full of lead. At first I thought it was an accident, and as I started typing a response, he kept firing, and firing, and firing, until I died. He didn't stop even when I was on the floor. I don't know who the guys was, or why he did it. It was very early in the round, so there should have been no reason for him to have a RP reason to do so.
How you would punish the accused: Ban? Permaban maybe? Unless he was new... otherwise it's a clear case of grief.
